This is a very user friendly study guide. I am in my 40s and haven't attended school in a long time. I desperately needed a refresher that was detailed but with important topics. Math is not my favorite subject and it had a great study guide to go over what I have forgotten. Actually, all the subject were very well covered. If you are studying for this test I highly recommend. This is the second book that I purchased to review for this test. The first book really didn't help me. Thankfully I came across this. Definitely recommend it!
OK so I have the ATI, Kaplan & trivium books & this yellow wonder is easily the better of the bunch. (Definitely cheaper) There are tons of review points & test tips during & after each lesson. The language & structure are easy to comprehend. Additional online resources like flashcards & sample tests. I can actually say I feel less scared & at ease when I am studying from this book compared to other TEAS guides.
This book comes with very concise explanations of concepts, which is good if you don't have a lot of time to study. I really liked that it had 3 tests online because we're taking the computer version so this will simulate it better. This is the second book we got and liked it better.
This book comes with online flash cards and practice tests that are very helpful and productive.Honestly, find this book and its online resources (that come along with the purchase of this book), more efficient and effective than the mometrix TEAs textbook.
This tool is comprehensive, straightforward, and easy to use. Very helpful. I highly recommend it.
I used a combination of this book with Mometrix ATI Secrets and found that these two books together really complement each other. This book really dives into detail, more so than Mometrix, and has excellent explanations and diagrams. The five practice exams are extremely beneficial, and I really like that three of these exams are online. I take my exam next week, so I will update my review accordingly. But as of now, I would definitely recommend.
I purchased two books to study for the ATI TEAS. This one was the best! I have a hard time with math since I haven;t done it in over 15 years since high school. This Smart Edition was very easy to follow the book also gives great online resources and tools! The practice tests really prepared me to pass.I'm returning the other book I purchased at amazon was the ATI TEAS Trivium it was very hard to follow the math section-it contained no explanations also it contained wrong answers in the study test and was super confusing and frustrating when trying to prep
The book is very organized! I just received it and enjoy that most importantly! Another thing I like about the book is that it comes with other resources as well!
